NITCON is affiliated with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Skill Development & entrepreneurship, GOI.

NITCON having vast experience in executing skill development & capacity building assignments for more than 14 years and trained so far more than 1,00,000 candidates across country. We also facilitate post training placement assistance in self/wage employment/by creating self help groups.

We follow specific training & mobilization strategy for each project & assignment as per the need of client organization, it is important to mention that we are committed to train National Skill Development Framework (NSQF) compliant training with industry connect to facilitate & provide trainees, post training support as per requirement of client organization. We are in practice of creating the SOPs and follow with compliances, proper documentation on record.

We have NSQF compliant Infrastructure (Residential/Non Residential) Skill development experts/support staff & ToT certified trainers 2 | Page available in various states to maintain smooth flow of execution under the activities; skill development and capacity building.

Vocational Trainings

We are actively engaged in vocational training under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF), under Samgra Shiskha for Ministry of Education GOI, has provided vocational training to over 76,000 high school students, in various domains, including Tourism and Hospitality, Apparel, Plumbing, Healthcare, Agriculture, Telecom, Electronics and Hardware.

NSQF is a nationally integrated education and competency-based framework, under the National Council for Vocational Education and Training that allows individuals to acquire desired competency levels in various fields. It organizes qualifications according to a series of skill levels, knowledge and aptitude.

As a Training Partner with various Samagra Shiksha Abhiyaan (SSA) with State Governments in India, NITCON is currently managing vocational training programmes in 08 states and UTs including Ladakh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Telangana.
